Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13th July 2021 asking for information about traffic in Chiswick. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:

Please see the attached document which was sent to around 700 residents and stakeholders who had been in touch with TfL about Cycleway 9 and which is the document I presume you are referring to in your request. It does not include comprehensive “traffic data” per se but does include data about:
Cycle counts
Collisions
Engagement activity and market research survey
