Please could you tell me how many new annual subscriptions to Santander Cycles were originated using the offer code "RideLondon22" which was issued in connection with the Ride London Event in June 2022.
Please could you also tell me the target number of new annual subscriptions that this campaign was anticipated to generate, and whether or not TfL's Cycling Commissioner regards this campaign as having been successful.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 25th June 2022 asking for information about cycle hire scheme new subscribers.
Your request for specific, recorded information has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy (note that the FOI Act does not cover requests for explanation or opinion).
Specifically you asked:

I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
TfL had 21 redemptions of the RideLondon22 code. Note that this was a short communications activity to support the promotion of Santander Cycles alongside Ride London to reach new audiences and get more people cycling. No specific target was set in advance.
