Good afternoon. I'm writing to request, as per FoI legislation:
Details of any complaints submitted to TfL about bus speeding and vibration caused by it to nearby houses on Sandhurst Road, Catford, including the number of complaints and details of steps taken to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 8 June 2023 asking for information about bus speeding and vibration caused by it to nearby houses on Sandhurst Road, Catford.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
A search of our Customer Service system for complaints about buses speeding on Sandhurst Road has identified one complaint received within the last year. The details of this complaint were passed to our Bus Performance team who raised the issue with the bus operator at the garage and action has been taken to address it. This includes engaging with bus drivers for all the bus routes at the garage and highlighting the issue on the company’s intranet. Also, the bus operator is prepared to take formal action against bus drivers, where necessary.
