Please provide an itemised breakdown of amounts paid to London Borough of Enfield in respect of external legal advice obtained by the council, since August 2020, concerning the Fox Lane Quieter Neighbourhoods project. This to cover name of supplier, nature of work undertaken, dates of this work and associated costs.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 27 June 2022, asking about legal costs paid to the London Borough of Enfield.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. 

TfL has not provided any legal costs to the London Borough of Enfield in relation to the Fox Lane Quieter Neighbourhoods project.
