We are representing a client who was injured in a road traffic collision on Crow Lane, Romford, London in November 2019.
Please could you provide us with, or direct us to who may assist us with our request, for a copy of records of all safety assessments and surveys carried out in relation to Crown Lane between 2012 to date.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 12 July 2021 asking for records of all safety assessments/surveys carried out in relation to Crow Lane, Romford.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you require. Transport for London is responsible for the red routes in London, which make up the Transport for London Road Network (TLRN). The majority of roads in London are the responsibility of the London boroughs.
Crow Lane is not on the TLRN, and you may therefore wish to direct your request to the London Borough of Havering:
