I would like to know how many County Court Judgements that Transport for London has applied for and gained for non-payment of Penalty Charge Notices for traffic offenses? Between 2020 and 2023.

Thank you for your request which we received on 3 June 2024, asking for information about County Court Judgements (CCJs).

 

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can confirm that we hold the information you require.

Transport for London issued six CCJs to persistent offenders for non-payment of Penalty Charge Notices in relation to red route contraventions across London between 2020 and 2023.
