, I would like to request the following information under the freedom of information act;
Number of people who are/have been eligible for the 60+ Oyster card who still carry/carried on being unduly charged by TFL for the same coverage of transport for the last 5 years 2014 to 2018. The table below is the format I would like to receive the data for my research:

*As 60+ scheme covers all zones, I would appreciate if a breakdown of zones 1 to 6 is included if available. Otherwise I will apply estimation formulae as per statistical data in which case could you provide the number if any of the zones 1 to 6 is involved. In either case please provide as much relevant meta data as possible.
Please could you forward this to the appropriate person if you are unable to provide this info yourself or let me know together with the details of costs etc.
