I'm making a Freedom of Information request in regards to the number of complaints and comments raised involving the new high-spec electric buses on route U5.
My request is in response to a previous request made by someone regarding the new high-spec electric buses on route 63.

Would you be able to list the comments, number of complaints and issues raised in regards to the design/aesthetics (internal and external) and accessibility of the new high-spec electric buses recently introduced on route U5. The time period for the requested information starts from 29 May 2022 to the most recent date.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked:

Since May 2022 we received 21 complaints concerning the design/layout of bus route U5. The list of issues raised based on the comments received are as follows:
