Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 16 June 2018 asking for information about the London Transport Museum's Fire & Security Alarms.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require. You asked:
Under the freedom of information act 2000 and in relation to the following services,
- Intruder alarm

Could you please confirm:
1. You have maintenance and service contracts in place for all of the above
Maintenance and servicing is carried out on demand with preferred suppliers. There are no fixed-fee annual service contracts. For Intruder alarm, Access control, and CCTV – maintenance on demand with preferred supplier. Fire alarm and Fire Extinguishers – contract in place to 2019.
2. Who provides the services for you
Active Security (Scutum Group) – intruder alarm and access control. Crosspath – CCTV. ReedME – Fire alarm and Fire extinguishers.
3. Approximate annual value of each service
Variable depending on call-out. CCTV spend in 2017/18 was £24K including reactive maintenance. Intruder alarm spend in 2017/18 was approximately £1,000 on reactive maintenance. ReedME – Fire alarm and Fire extinguishers, three-year contract ending in 2019.
4. When these were last tendered

5. When they will be next tendered
They will either be tendered in 2019 or varied into the appropriate pan-TfL OneFM contract, the decision has yet to be made.
6. Which tender portal you use to select suppliers
ProContract- the tender portal used by Transport for London.
7. Is the tender process carried out in accordance with OJEC requirements
