FOI request detail

Accident information

Request ID: FOI-0729-1718
Date published: 15 August 2017

You asked

We are looking at ways of reducing passenger accidents at Leeds Station, especially ones caused by passengers in drink and wearing high heels. Do you have many accidents caused by these issues? If so, how many? How many of the accidents are on stairs or escalators? Have you tried anything to help passengers avoid these type of accidents? Any help would be appreciated.

We answered

Thank you again for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22 June 2017 asking for information about reducing passenger incidents at stations.

As our Health Safety & Environment Management team is liaising with you directly, I shall close your Freedom of Information request with the Information Governance team accordingly.

Nevertheless, if we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us in future.

Yours sincerely
