Good afternoon
I would like to receive the following information please:
There is a slip toad belonging to TFL which is located in front of 256 Morden Road London SW19 3DA. There are several road issues there which are hazardous and have been clearly marked with the red colour. Could you please let me know the following:
When was it first reported? Dates and number of all reporting regarding this problem surface? Any correspondence dates abd instructions to the contractors about the same? Any information regarding this dating back to 1/1/2021 please. This is an important matter to me and would kindly ask of you to respond urgently if possible. Thank you in advance

Please see the attached spreadsheet detailing the safety inspections carried out at this location. We can confirm that our inspections show there were no defects for this slip road when they were inspected.
