Thank you for your email received by us on 20 June 2017 asking for historical tenders.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy. You asked:
I am writing to request some information via transparency for the following historical tender ICT12150 Commercial Lifecycle Systems. (http://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:258467-2015:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0)
Could I please be sent the following:
· The ITT for the procurement
· The other procurement documents
· The supplier who was successful in the procurement
The procurement was cancelled at strategy stage and was not issued for tender. Therefore there are no tender documents that we can share and we cannot confirm a successful supplier as the procurement did not take place.
Could you also inform me if it is likely that the tender will reopen once this agreement expires?
The project will not be reinstated and the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) strategy has not been confirmed therefore we cannot advise if this requirement will be tendered in the future.
