Do you happen to have similar data for the tube/dlr/etc showing how many services you planned to run and how many you actually ran, after cancellations were taken into account. https://dataportal.orr.gov.uk/statistics/performance/passenger-rail-performance/table-3123-trains-planned-and-cancellations-by-operator-and-cause/ if it could cover jan-mar 2019 and jan-mar 2022 so we can match it up with the rail data that would be appreciated.

Information on TfL Rail (now part of the Elizabeth line) and London Overground services is provided in the link referred to in your request. Please find the requested information for DLR attached.

For the London Underground, we do not capture service disruption data in the same manner. When a delay occurs on the London Underground we record the impact to the service, for example a 30 minute delay where no trains move through a particular area. Various factors are then used to calculate the overall customer delay in the form of Lost Customer Hours. We do not record any consequential cancellations, i.e. those trains withdrawn as a result of the delay. For example, one signal failure could lead to 20 trains being taken out of service, but these are not recorded. We would need this information to produce similar information to that contained in the link provided.

We publish information on overall level of service offered such as kilometres operated and service operated metrics on our website. This may prove helpful with your queries:
