I would like information on the trading agreement and all rules and regulation between TFL and Big Bus Tours London where they trade at along Piccadilly outside of St James Park/Green Park Station and The Ritz Hotel.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6th June 2019 asking for information about any trading agreement between TfL and Big Bus Tours London.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
You asked:
“I would like information on the trading agreement and all rules and regulation between TFL and Big Bus Tours London where they trade at along Piccadilly outside of St James Park/Green Park Station and The Ritz Hotel.”
TfL does not have a trading agreement with the Big Bus Tours London company. The operation of buses in London that are outside of the TfL bus network are run under a ‘London Service Permit’. These permits do not specify trading arrangements – rather, they specify operational arrangements such as routeing, stopping and standing details.
