Would you be able to provide me with the ATC data from 2013-present for the counter on Upper Richmond Road, marked by the dark purple circle on your plan.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 July 2021 asking for the ATC data from 2013-present for the counter on Upper Richmond Road. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
Please see the data attached (ATC 24 from 2013-present) as requested. The data is from the ‘patched database’ - the ‘patched database’ ingests the raw data at the most granular level and where required will populate any gaps within the data, (due to telecoms issues or physical damage to a site) with a substitution value based on historic data, substitution tables are created every month to keep them as up to date as possible, and therefore providing the ability to produce long term consistent trends for any given site within the network.
