Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require. You asked:
How many days after the original work to the trees was the inspection done?
We do not hold the exact number of days but the visit was carried out as soon as TfL’s Asset Operations were informed of the situation.
Did your manager see the pictures of the ground that I attached in my email that was taken a few days after the work was completed, PLEASE CONFIRM.
No, not until recently.
Please confirm the state of the ground as shown in my pictures meets TFL standards.
The standard of maintenance to shrub beds, verges and grass is dependent on the contractual arrangements with whichever contractor working with TfL at the time. Where we endeavour to mostly achieve a good standard of maintenance to our network it is possible to fall short sometimes (for various reasons) but will work with the local community to improve standards that are acceptable to them if these contractual arrangements fall short of their expectations.
