Thank you for your request received on 14 June 2018 asking for information about future Customer Service Advisor (CSA) recruitment.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.

Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. Recruitment for CSA roles is dependant on a combination of attrition rates and business requirement, and therefore we cannot accurately anticipate the next campaign date. However, we can confirm that there are no current plans for a new campaign in the foreseeable future. All campaigns are advertised on multiple platforms. Please keep an eye on our website and social media accounts.
