Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 13 June 2018 asking for information about the number of visitors to our website.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
The number of visitors to our website is published in the Customer Service and Operational Performance Panel report on a quarterly basis. See page 74 of the quarter 4 report here http://content.tfl.gov.uk/csopp-20180606-part-1-item05-ops-report.pdf
Please see the attached spreadsheet showing the number of unique visitors to our website. Please also see the breakdown showing the section of the site visited.
Please note that the activity started to be tracked in February 2015, and therefore no data is shown for January 2015. Throughout 2015 many sections are showing as zeros as either these areas didn’t exist at this time or the site section tracking didn’t exist then.
