Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I am writing to request the following: • the minutes of any meetings relating to the design and launch of the Streetspace for London Plan. • the minutes of any meetings of the Active Travel Oversight Group relating to the design and launch of the Streetspace for London Plan.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd July 2020 asking for information about the Streetspace programme.

As part of Streetspace for London we - along with London's boroughs - are creating more space for people to safely walk or cycle as our city emerges from the coronavirus lockdown. Temporary cycle lanes and wider pavements are among the changes we're making as part of Streetspace for London.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.

Specifically you asked:

“Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I am writing to request the following:

  • the minutes of any meetings relating to the design and launch of the Streetspace for London Plan.
  • the minutes of any meetings of the Active Travel Oversight Group relating to the design and launch of the Streetspace for London Plan.”

The content about Streetspace from recent TfL / Mayoral meetings is attached in relation to question one. In relation to the second question, the minutes of the Active Travel Oversight Group for the relevant period are attached. TfL holds no further minutes about the design and launch of Streetspace.
