Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2 June 2023 asking for information about TfL employees.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require.
TfL is a statutory body created by the Greater London Authority (GLA) Act 1999. As such TfL employees are not civil servants. TfL is funded by multiple routes, the primary of which is through fares. We have assumed that the role you are referring to is a Customer Correspondence Assistant Manager. As this is the closest we have to an Assistant Correspondence Manager. The pay band is Band 2 which ranges from £30,000 to £48,750.
