There are 2 'pedestrian and cycle zone' signs on the end of Dunsmure Road. This at the junction with the A10. Recently, the signs have been moved (slightly rotated) so that they are more visible. When did this happen? And when did the big signs appear at that junction?

There are 2 'pedestrian and cycle zone' signs on the end of Dunsmure Road. This at the junction with the A10. Recently, the signs have been moved (slightly rotated) so that they are more visible. When did this happen? And when did the big signs appear at that junction?
We presume that you are referring to the signs on the corner of Dunsmore Road, as shown in the photo attached.
The signage provided in the attached photograph is the responsibility of Hackney Council, which were installed as part of their Low Traffic Neighbourhood works.
