The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 1st July 2021 asking for information about our CAFM Services contract.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question 1: Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
PQQ Stage: CA Designs, CWP, JCT, Manhattan, NJW, Topscan. Successful suppliers at this stage were NJW, CWP and Manhattan.
ITT Stage: NJW, CWP, Manhattan. The successful supplier was NJW.
Question 2: Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
The spend to date is £3,777,901.87
Question 3: Start date & duration of framework/contract?
30 July 2015 for 5 years with an option to extend for 2 additional years.
Question 4: Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
A copy of the ITT document which lists scope is attached.
Question 5: Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
Yes - there is a 2 year extension option.
Question 6: Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
A variation for extension of the 2 years was put in place on 24/04/2020 . Question 7: Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
