Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 21 June 2021 asking for information about our road user charging accounts.
 
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  You asked:
1) How many motorists with a London Road User Charging Account where issued a PCN in 2020?
2) How much money was collected from PCN's from motorists with a London Road User Charging Account in 2020?
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. When we issue a PCN we do not record whether the recipient of the penalty has a Road User Charging account and therefore we do not hold the information you have requested.
