In this area we have 1 Automatic  Traffic Counter (ATC 24)  - please see the map attached (the ATC is marked by a dark purple circle).

We have carried out 8 ad-hoc traffic counts from 2008-2015 - 4 from Sheen Lane/Upper Richmond Road West taken in 2008, 2011, 2013 and 2015; 3 from Upper Richmond Road/Vine Road/Upper Richmond Road West/Priory Lane taken in 2011, 2013, 2015 and one final count on Upper Richmond Road from 2009.  These are marked on the map by light purple diamonds.

Please note the ATC data is available ‘patched’ from 2013-present as the raw data does have some gaps during outages. There is no cost for this data provided the appropriate limit under FOI is not exceeded which is essentially that under section 12 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to comply with a request if we estimate that the cost of determining whether we hold the information, locating and retrieving it and extracting it from other information would exceed the appropriate limit. This is calculated at £25 per hour for every hour spent on the activities described.

If this is not the information you are looking for, or if you are unable to access it for any reason, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to appeal as well as information on copyright and what to do if you would like to re-use any of the information we have disclosed.

Yours sincerely
