I have attached proof of ownership of this vehicle to this email. The auction promised and guaranteed to me that the vehicle has never had a Private Hire Vehicle License, however when I made a vehicle inspection booking a few days ago on the phone, the person I was speaking to told me that the vehicle had been used for private hire in the past. I would like to request for you to please send me written evidence for example an email to prove to the auction that the car has been used for Private Hire in the past. I do not need any personal details regarding the person who owned the vehicle license but I just need written proof that says that the vehicle XXXXXXX has been used for private hire in the past and the date at which it was licensed. I can confirm that we do hold the information you request. The vehicle has previously been licensed by Transport for London. The most recent licence for the vehicle expired in March 2018.
