Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 2^nd June 2019 asking for information about a fallen tree on the A41 on 3^rd March 2019.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Information Regulations and our information access policy.

The tree in question was not owned by TfL, and fell from private land owned by a third party. We do not, therefore, hold a copy of any tree surgeon’s report. However, our operatives did attend in a reactive role to clear and make safe the road as debris was strewn over the carriageway, with some damage to the chain link fencing.
