Under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 I would like to know how much money Transport For London spends on operating your Tik Tok account and how many staff are employed to operate this account.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 14 June 2022 asking for information about TfL’s expenditure on its Tik Tok account.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked: Under the Freedom Of Information Act 2000 I would like to know how much money Transport For London spends on operating your Tik Tok account and how many staff are employed to operate this account.
There are three members of staff involved in managing the TikTok profile as part of wider responsibilities across social media, blog, web, email, apps and data channels.
Social media and blogs manager x1
Community manager x2
There have been no direct costs to operating the TikTok profile, as everything has been covered through pre-existing capacity, including tools and staff.
