Please send me the following information relating to a junction on Mile end Road in London E3.
1) The exact date the No Right turn, applied from Mile end Road going towards Stratford into Burdette Road restriction were implemented.
2) All Proof of record that Local Residents, Businesses and Residents of London Borough of Tower Hamlets were consulted properly, before the actual works commenced.
3) How long the works lasted, start to finish.
4) How many Vehicles (Motor Bikes, Cars, Vans & trucks) got fined, by your CCTV cameras, for making the Right Turn into Burdette. From the date the restriction first took effect to present.

Thank you for your request received on 7 June 2018 asking for information about Mile End Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked for:
Please send me the following information relating to a junction on Mile end Road in London E3.
1. The exact date the No Right turn, applied from Mile end Road going towards Stratford into Burdette Road restriction were implemented.
The prohibited right turn on Mile End Road into Burdett Road came into force on 9 February 2015.
2. All Proof of record that Local Residents, Businesses and Residents of London Borough of Tower Hamlets were consulted properly, before the actual works commenced.
The enclosed Traffic Order (item 3) would have been advertised in the local newspapers, as well as a public notice being put up on/near the location prior to the Traffic Order going live.
3. How long the works lasted, start to finish.
The enclosed spreadsheet gives details, including start and end dates, of all the relevant works on Burdett Road.
4. How many Vehicles (Motor Bikes, Cars, Vans & trucks) got fined, by your CCTV cameras, for making the Right Turn into Burdette. From the date the restriction first took effect to present.
Since inception until 1 June 2018 we have issued 2,848 penalty charge notices (PCNs) for performing this banned manoeuvre.
