1. How many notices to leave under S61 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 have Transport for London issued in the years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 to date. Please break this down by the location the notice applies to in the greatest detail possible (e.g. Warren Street Station, Euston Road). Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. You asked:
 
  1. How many notices to leave under S61 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 have Transport for London issued in the years 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 to date. Please break this down by the location the notice applies to in the greatest detail possible (e.g. Warren Street Station, Euston Road). We are unaware of any instances of police forcibly removing people after choosing to ignore a notice to leave under s61 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994.
No forcible removals have been undertaken by bailiffs in respect of the same.
