Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require. You asked:
Can you please confirm what information you hold regarding Hanwell station train frequency both peak and off peak on Crossrail, and what date is that likely to start from.
The current service at Hanwell is two trains per hour towards London Paddington and two trains per hour towards Heathrow Terminal 4, Monday to Friday and Saturday.
From later this year, we are investigating the possibility of introducing a two trains per hour service on Sundays starting at 1005 (towards London) and 0942 (to Hayes & Harlington) and running until early evening . However this is dependent on the successful implementation of rolling stock modifications and validation of the timetable by Network Rail.
There are currently no further plans to change the frequency and service levels at Hanwell until the final Elizabeth line timetable is introduced, which we expect to be approximately 12 months after the new central London tunnel opens and services from Hanwell are connected to the new tunnel section. The proposed frequency is four trains per hour towards central London and four trains per hour towards Heathrow.
