The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on the framework and were successful
• Actual spend on this framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework is being either extended or renewed?
• If possible, a full list of call-offs that have been made via this framework?

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 June 2022, asking for information about Transport Planning & Impact Monitoring framework.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Specifically you asked:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on the framework and were successful
Please see a list of successful suppliers on the Framework attached.
• Actual spend on this framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
25th August 2020 – three years plus one.
• Is there an extension clause in the framework and, if so, the duration of the extension?
Yes, one year.
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework is being either extended or renewed?
Yes, the framework will be extended.
• If possible, a full list of call-offs that have been made via this framework?
Currently 70 call offs have been awarded to date.
