Given the strong correlation between incomes and lifespans (please see the following from the Health Foundation - https://www.health.org.uk/evidence-hub/money-and-resources/income/relationship-between-income-and-healthy-life-expectancy-by-neighbourhood) can you supply me with the following information.
1. What analysis was done on adverse affect on people's incomes by the introduction of the ULEZ
2. What analysis was done on the increased costs for those unable to take advantage of the scrappage scheme and equally unable to replace their vehicle
3. Given the above two what the effect on lifespans of those within the expansion zone.
4. If such an analysis has been undertaken, please provide a copy
