Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 10 June 2022 asking for Tube entry and exits information.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
Unfortunately we do not record the tube entries and exits in monthly format. I am sorry to hear that you have had difficulty accessing the published annual data on our website. We have checked and there are no problems with this page which can be accessed here: http://crowding.data.tfl.gov.uk/
Please note that it starts with http, not https. Alternatively you can Google “tfl crowding data”, and that will take you to the same page.
