I require the following information, in published hard copy paper format, to be sent to my postal address:
1) A list as to how much money was awarded to the organisation behind Ride London and its companies by TFL AND GLA for the 2022 event
A copy of any internal papers, or minutes setting out the estimated cost of the Ride london event
2) A copy the minutes approving the ride london event
3) A copy of information as to how much money is earned from ride London

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 9 June 2022 asking for information about Ride London.
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold some of the information you require.
1) A list as to how much money was awarded to the organisation behind Ride London and its companies by TFL AND GLA for the 2022 event All the costs for running the event are born by London Marathon Events. No direct costs are borne by the event partners. The event remains cost-neutral to TfL, the Mayor of London and London taxpayers. A copy of any internal papers, or minutes setting out the estimated cost of the Ride London event This information is not held – see above.
2) A copy the minutes approving the Ride London event We have a Delivery Partner Agreement in place with London Marathon Events to deliver RideLondon. In signing the agreement, each partner has committed to fulfil i.e. has approved the terms of the agreement and deliver RideLondon so long as the terms of the agreement are met. A copy of the DPA has been published on our website in response to a previous FOI request, and can be found here: https://tfl.gov.uk/corporate/transparency/freedom-of-information/foi-request-detail?referenceId=FOI-1798-2122 3) A copy of information as to how much money is earned from ride London Neither TfL nor the Mayor’s office receive an income for RideLondon. The event is delivered by London Marathon Events and queries of this nature should be redirected to them for further information.
