I contacted TFL in February to inform of a health and safety issue experienced on a bus 407 going towards Purley.
I was informed on 9 February 2024 by TFL that my concern raised was passed to the operator to ensure that the bus was fixed.
This occurred on 407 bus at 6:07pm at bus stop K when I entered the upstairs of the bus going towards Purley on 7th February.
I would like 2 things provided as part of a FOI -
1. The bus registration number of the 407 bus in question.
2. Confirmation that the bus panel work was fixed. Bus Internal Damages

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 19 May 2024 asking for information about our buses.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You specifically asked: I contacted TFL in February to inform of a health and safety issue experienced on a bus 407 going towards Purley. We do not hold the information you have requested - the bus operator would have dealt with any repairs directly and TfL would have had no involvement or been provided with any updates. Please contact our customer services again quoting your complaint reference number and they will be able to ask the bus operator for an update or put you in touch with the operator directly.
