I would be grateful if you could confirm if TfL contributed any funds towards the original bank junction safety scheme in order to become a trustee / partner with the Corporation Of London.
If you could confirm the amount of funds paid in respect of this scheme as well in 2017/2018 when the scheme was first introduced.

Our ref: FOI-0581-2122/GH Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 23 June 2021 asking for information about the Bank Junction Scheme. Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy. I can confirm that we do hold the information you require. Our records show funding of £42,000 was provided to the Corporation of London to support the Bank Junction Scheme in 2016/17.
