Follow-up to FOI-0256-2324: Regarding the remaining questions, my request was without any intention of being vexatious and I have just wanted to have a clearer picture of events and decisions taken by TfL on regards to my case. In order to reduce the number of pages to be approved, I will narrow down every single one of the questions. Although, as stated in my original request, the information is freely available on the intranet, and it can also be accessed by the outside contractors. Question 3. TfL’s Category 1 Standard S1069 – Low Voltage Electrical Installations. All the versions valid between March 2022 and April 2023. I would need as a minimum the following six pages: • 1. Purpose; Page 3 • 2. Scope; Page 3 • 3. Requirements; 3.1 Requirements for safety; Pages 3, 4 & 5 • 11 Attachments; 11.1 Formerly known as Procedure Ea200. pages 44, 45, 46 Question 4. TfL’s Category 1 Standard S1066 – Lighting of London Underground Assets. All the versions valid between March 2022 and April 2023. I would not ask for anything as the information would be covered by the answer at question 3. Question 5. All the Depot Maintenance Unit’s Risk Assessments active between March 2022 and April 2023 I would not ask for anything as the information would be covered by the answer at question 6. Question 6. All the Depot Maintenance Unit’s work instructions and method statements active between March 2022 and April 2023. I would be narrowing my request asking only for the first page of the generic (not site specific) work instructions. My main interest is about the parts dealing with training, competency and supporting information. My main focus is still the electrical works. As a minimum I will need the first two. I will place the work instruction numbers on a descending importance, and please provide only what is not consider as being vexatious: W3002, W3006, W18030, W18033, W3001, W3003, W3004, W3005, W3007, W3008, W3009, W3048, W3057, W3060, W3062, W3063, W3064, W3065, W3066, W3067, W3068, W3069, W3070, W3073, W3075, W3077, W3081, W3082, W3083, W3086, W3087, W3099, W18044, W3033, W3059, W3061, W3074, W3141. As you can see, now I reduced the number of pages for Questions 3 - 6 to a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 44 pages. Would this amount be considered reasonable? Also, please do not forget to attach the correct documents for the Questions 1&2. I look forward to receiving your reply and please do not hesitate to contact me should you need more information and clarification.
