Are there any recruitment campaigns planned for Service Controller Level 1 and Service Controller Level 2 roles and if so – when are these planned to go live?
SCL1 – No planned activity for any recruitment campaigns. SCL2 – A recruitment campaign will go live later in the year (the dates are yet to be announced).

SCL1 - 0 SCL2 - 12
Number of people on waiting lists for Service Controller Level 1 and Service Controller Level 2
SCL1 – 4 SCL2 – 7
Current Vacancies across LU for Service Controller Level 1 and Service Controller Level 2 positions.
SCL1 – 1 SCL2 – 29.1
