I can confirm that we hold the information you require. Your questions are answered in turn below:
Question (a) and (b) - between 1st January 2023 and 30th April 2023 the camera was attended by a maintenance engineer on 27th March and 3rd April 2023, to replace components relating to faulty triggering of the camera flash unit. There have been no reported recurrences of the issue to date.
Question (c) - there was a fault reported relating to the camera flash recorded on 21st March 2023. This was subsequently attended and repaired by the safety camera maintenance contractor as mentioned above. There is also a current open fault to repair damage to the plinth, which does not affect the operation of the camera.
Question (d) - during the specified period the safety camera was correctly calibrated. Calibration at this location is next due by 3rd August 2023. Note that calibration certificates are held by the Metropolitan Police Service, who are responsible for speed enforcement activities in London.
