Thank you for your request of 17th June 2021 (and clarified on 23rd June 2021) asking for information about the Streetspace programme.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Can you please show me all the relevant emails to the bishopsgate streetspace plans involving xxxxxx, xxxxxx and xxxxxx?
Any emails between and indeed mentioning would be helpful, and to narrow down the time frame I would probably request a timeframe of between march 2020 and the present”.
The people you mention do not work for TfL and so we do not have direct access to email addresses that might have been used by these individuals. We have therefore carried out a search of all TfL email accounts for any emails since March 2020 from anybody with any of those names which mention the words “Bishopsgate” or “Streetspace”. We have not found any material that fits the scope of your request. If there is a particular document you have in mind or a particular issue / question you would like addressed then please let me know and we can consider the matter further. However, note that there is no particularly easy or efficient way of searching our entire email record beyond the search already conducted.
