You asked

Please provide the list of cancelled train South Western Railway on 7th June. I tapped my bank card in Vauxhall station to catch south western railway to Shepperton but this train cancelled in the last minute (should be departure on 6:47pm) and I got another train, to reach to Ashford and then take a bus, but I was charged with a ticket in Ashford station because there is no tap out station there! Thank you.

Thank you for your request of 7th June 2022 asking for information about train cancellations on South Western Railway.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

Specifically you asked:

Please provide the list of cancelled train South Western Railway on 7th June. South Western Railway is owned by FirstGroup and MTR Corporation, operating under a contract with the Department for Transport (DfT).
