F/o from 0120-2425 Good Afternoon , Please can you answer the following for Elizabeth Line and London Underground trains? 1) Do your trains have quiet carriages? If so, which coach letter/number? 2) How many priority seats in each train? Where are these located please? 3) For each train- is it driver only operated or manually/ automatically operated? 4) Is there an emergency intercom button for passengers to contact the driver? 5) Are your trains fitted with hearing loops? 6) Do your trains have quiet carriages? If so where please? I appreciate this is time consuming and I apologise for this but this information would really help in my personal accessibility study. Please include train diagrams to answer the above if this is easier. Thank you very much for your help.
