Dear FOI Officer I am sending this request under the Freedom of Information Act. Please provide a copy of all correspondence sent to and received from Edward Lister and company directors of -TTL Earls Court Properties Limited -TTL Properties Limited -Transport Trading Limited And chief officers of Transport for London staff dealing with the Earls Court Development. Relating to Homes England (and previously the Homes and Communities Partnership) loans to Earls Court Partnership Limited from 1st January 2014 to date. Please send me this information by e-mail to xxxxx, in a machine readable format such as .csv or .xlsx where appropriate. Thank you for your request received on 16 June, and your clarification of 22 June 2021 regarding Earls Court correspondence.
 
Your request has been considered under the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and our information access policy.
 
In response to your request we have carried out an email search for correspondence relating to Homes England (and previously the Homes and Communities Partnership) loans to Earls Court Partnership Limited from 1st January 2014 to date, between Ed Lister and the named officers.
 
Our search did not identify any relevant emails, and therefore we do not hold the information you require.
