Hello, I would like to know the number of complaints about Bus D3 in the past 24 months, with a monthly breakdown of both travel directions. Thanks.

Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 22nd May 2023 asking for information about bus route D3.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.
Specifically you asked:
“Number of Complaints regarding Bus D3 service performance:Hello, I would like to know the number of complaints about Bus D3 in the past 24 months, with a monthly breakdown of both travel directions.”
I can confirm that we hold the information you require.
The attached spreadsheet provides the requested data. Note that some rows are labelled as “maybe” - this means that from the coding the complaint is logged against it is most likely about a “service performance” issue, altough we could not say for sure without reviewing the actual complaint in question. The locations in columns B-E show the destination of the bus, although as you can see from column F, in most cases this was not mentioned in the complaint.
