Please tell me who owns the piece of land which is the gated TfL staff car park situated between the station forecourt, and Merrion Avenue. Ha7. If not owned by TfL, do TfL rent it, and if so, from another lessor or the freeholder ? Finally, if rented, what is the rental. many thanks.

If the area you’re asking about is the area shown in the image below, then we can confirm that this is LU owned land and is not leased.
