Can I have a breakdown of which managers are allowed to work from home and how much this totals in days each year within Bus enforcement and how this information is recorded for audit purposes.
I would also like to know how a on road supervisor within bus enforcement working time is recorded as they are not office based for audit purposes.

Thank you for your request received on 14 June 2018 asking for information about working form home arrangements within the Bus Enforcement team.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we do hold the information you require.
In line with the Commissioner of TfL’s vision to make TfL ‘A place where when and where you choose to work no longer matters’ and TfL’s commitment towards Smart Working, which is about working efficiently and effectively as individuals and teams, all managers within Compliance and Revenue Protection (C&RP) are empowered to be flexible in their work and, where appropriate and with the consent of their line manager, work from home.
The work from home days in the financial year 2017/18 for the C&RP management team totalled 53 days, the records of these are kept locally by the Senior Operations Manager.
C&RP Operational Supervisors, in line with other Compliance Policing and On-Street (CPOS) supervisorial staff are empowered to manage their own time and therefore do not formally record their working times.
