Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 6 June 2022, asking for information about land at Eastcote Station, Field End Road.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm that we hold the information you require. You asked if this land is:
1. Available for parties seeking to acquire a leasehold interest; 2. Available for freehold purchase; 3. Identified as a site that may be developed through the TfL Property Partnership Framework or the Small Sites Programme and is unavailable for this reason; or 4. Unavailable for any other reason (please identify)
The builders yard that your request relates to is part of a larger site including the car park and retail Parade at Eastcote. This site is currently subject to a feasibility assessment as to its development potential. It has potential for a mixed-use development to include residential and commercial space. The assessment will establish the feasibility or not of any such development and will be completed over the coming months. As a consequence the site is not available for lease or purchase at this time.
