Congestion charge applied when number plates don't match

Number of fines and total cost that get applied for congestion charge for Auto Pay users when the number plate of their vehicle doesn't match the congestion charge/ULEZ offence vehicle number plate. Split by CC and ULEZ 2. A count of disputed fines for the reason of this not being my vehicle, ideally split by congestion charge and also ULEZ

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act and our information access policy.
Unfortunately we do not hold the information you have requested. We do not record whether or not a vehicle is on an Autopay account when we issue a penalty charge notice (PCN) or whether the registration matches what was supposed to be on the account.
