I am writing to you to ask for a copy of the report prepared for TfL regarding the suitability of Salisbury Road to be used for the 384 bus.

Thank you for your request received by us on 7 June 2022 asking for information about Salisbury Road and the 384 bus route. Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. You asked for:
a copy of the report prepared for TfL regarding the suitability of Salisbury Road to be used for the 384 bus
We do not hold a report that has been prepared for Transport for London regarding the suitability of Salisbury Road to be used for the 384 bus. However, you may be interested in the attached site meeting notes that we have located, which included our Bus Performance team, as well as representatives of Barnet Council and bus operator Metroline that took place on 30 March 2022.
Please also note that in accordance with TfL’s obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), some personal data has been removed from the attached notes, as required by section 14 of the FOI. This is because disclosure of this personal data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first principle of the GDPR, which requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of the conditions which would make the processingfair.
