Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. I can confirm we hold some of the information you require. You asked:

1. Details of how many road traffic accidents have been reported at this location of Pentonville Road in the last 10 years.

In accordance with section 21 of the FOI Act, we are not obliged to supply you with a copy of the requested information as it is already accessible to you elsewhere.

At present the latest finalised data available via the London Collision Map is up to 31 December 2016. The Metropolitan Police (MPS) introduced a new system for recording collision in November 2016. The new IT system and self-reporting tool for reporting collisions and injuries has provided TfL with more in-depth data to check and analyse, which we are still working with the MPS to try and resolve. This has led to a delay in processing data for 2017. We hope to complete processing of the 2017 data by September 2018; and the data available in the London Collision Map as well as the website will be updated from that period onwards.

2. Details of any complaints that have been received by TFL in relation to the road layout of this particular area.
3. Details of any complaints regarding the crown and barrier on the pavement outside the Big Chill Bar at 257-259 Pentonville Road.

We have carried out a keyword search in the system used to log complaints for the following terms:

We have found no reference to the exact location you have identified. The nearest complaint we have identified refers to an incident on the ‘A501: Kings Cross’ but this is some distance from the location identified as it is near the SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) campus.
